EASYCATER SERVICES PLATFORM PRIVATE LIMITED
is looking for dynamic and goal-driven individuals to join our Sales & Merchant Acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding restaurants and retail partners onto our platform. Help us grow our network by building strong merchant relationships across Vadodara.
Designation: Key Account Manager (Merchant Acquisition)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Timings: 09:30am to 06:30pm
Reports To: Operation Head
Opening: 05
Key Responsibilities:
- Define merchant acquisition targets & strategy for Vadodara (volume, categories).
- Negotiate commission structures, contracts, offers with merchants.
- Track KPIs: number of merchants signed, activation rate, time to onboard.
- Liaise with legal/compliance for merchant agreements.
- Assist merchants with registration, documentation, business verification.
- Gather menus, photos; help upload to platform; set standard formatting.
- Ensure merchant's operations (e.g., hours, delivery policies) are correctly configured.
- Ensure merchant is "activation‑ready" (menu, payments, process) within set deadline (say, 2‑3 days).
Qualifications:
- 3‑5 years sales experience, preferably FMCG / food delivery / marketplace sector.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good with data / metrics.
- Local network in Vadodara helpful.
- Ensure merchant is "activation‑ready" (menu, payments, process) within set SLA (say, 2‑3 days).
Skills / Qualities:
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Gujarati, Hind and English is required.
- Attention to detail.
- Some technical comfort (using dashboard / basic content editing).
- Customer‑oriented mindset.
