Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Road Work) with 15–20 years of expertise in PQC/ DLC, highway, and urban road projects. The role involves managing end-to-end planning, execution, quality control, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on MSIDC/ PWD standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Design and monitor PQC/ DLC mix formulations; oversee lab/site quality control testing.
  • Ensure compliance with MORT&H, IRC, BIS, and MSIDC/ PWD city road standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and MSIDC/ PWD authorities.
  • Supervise city road projects within MSIDC/ PWD's Road Maintenance Management System (RMMS) framework—road inventory, scheduling, budgeting, and audits.
  • Prepare and review DPRs, estimates, alignment approvals, and technical documentation.
  • Manage billing, claims, compliance, and maintain comprehensive site documentation.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, lab logs, and maintenance records.
  • Lead review meetings with internal teams and MSIDC/ PWD stakeholders.
  • Implement risk management, safety, and environmental protocols as per MSIDC/ PWD benchmarks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Highway/Road Engineering preferred).
  • 15–20 years of proven experience in road infrastructure projects (PQC, DLC, highways, and urban roads).
  • Strong knowledge of MORT&H, IRC, BIS standards, and MSIDC/ PWD guidelines.
  • Hands-on expertise in PQC/DLC mix design, quality control, and road maintenance frameworks (RMMS).
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, planning, budgeting, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with contractors, MSIDC/ PWD engineers, and authorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
