Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a high-rise building. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the project, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for high-rise construction.
  • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify and resolve any construction-related issues or risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing high-rise building construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
