Role Overview :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our in-house team for

managing and supervising construction projects from planning to execution and completion.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, and regulatory compliance

across residential and commercial developments. The Candidate will have to work

alongside the PMC and will play a role of monitoring the overall project and reports to the

Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor to project timelines and specifications

- Coordinate with Architects, PMC, Contractors, Vendors, and internal teams for smooth

execution, if needed.

- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; enforce safety and compliance standards,

wherever needed.

- Follow up and review project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.

- Active role in vendor evaluation, and contract supervision.

- Ensure documents are available for certifications and regulatory submissions

- Resolve on-site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech); Master's preferred

- Two years of experience in site execution and project management for residential real

estate development.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory norms (e.g., RERA,

local municipal codes)

- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

- Experience in managing multiple sites or phases simultaneously is a plus
