Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise, monitor and control project execution.
  • Report project status on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Highlight any issue that may affect the project adversely and suggest solutions.
  • Coordinate with Client, Architect, Consultants and Contractors.
  • Coordinate project review meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Track and control cost with respect to budget.
  • Should be aware of MS projects, Auto Cad, Excel etc.
  • Check & ensure that all activities are executed as per the Contract, Specifications & Drawings.
  • Ensure desired quality is achieved.
  • Check measurement of works done and certify bills raised by contractors and other agencies.
  • Maintain documentation on site.

Preferred candidate profile

QUALIFICATION

Diploma or B.E. in Civil / Interiors
