Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled US Disability Claims Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the disability claims process for our US clients, ensuring timely and accurate assessment and adjudication of claims. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the disability claims department
  • Managing a team of claims specialists and providing guidance and support
  • Reviewing and analyzing claims to determine eligibility and coverage
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims issues
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service in the disability insurance industry in North America
  • Experience in managing disability claims and leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of disability claims processes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
