Were launching a state-of-the-art HealthHub clinic in the heart of JVC and were looking for a warm, professional, and experienced Patient Relations Executive to join our founding team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in healthcare customer service is essential
• Fluent in Tagalog or Arabic (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in front-desk operations, patient coordination, and service recovery
• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered service
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced clinic setting
