Job Role: COO - Clinical operationsKey Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Expansion:- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand clinical units across the UAE and GCC, with a strong focus on building and scaling a robust network of clinics. This includes identifying high-potential locations, overseeing setup and operational readiness, and ensuring consistent service delivery across all sites.- Lead business development initiatives to identify new markets and growth opportunities.- Oversee new clinic setup, licensing, and operational readiness.Operational Excellence:- Manage day-to-day operations across all clinical units, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.- Implement and monitor KPIs to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability.- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations (DHA, MOH, etc.) and international standards.Financial Management:- Own P&L responsibilities across all units, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.- Optimize resource allocation and asset utilization to maximize ROI.- Lead revenue cycle management and financial reporting.Team Leadership & Development:- Build and lead cross-functional teams across clinical, administrative, and support functions.- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.Customer Experience & Quality:- Champion patient-centric service models to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.- Drive quality assurance programs and implement feedback mechanisms.- Ensure consistent service delivery across all touchpoints.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 15+ years of experience in hospital or clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.- Proven experience in scaling multi-site clinical businesses or retail healthcare chains.- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership.- Familiarity with healthcare technologies, EMR systems, and digital transformation.- Experience with international operations or cross-border healthcare expansion is a plus.Preferred Attributes:- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision.- Strong execution capabilities and operational discipline.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
