About the Role

  • Business Development and generation of leads in the market

  • Cold calling and stacking of industrial buildings in Ahmedabad and Gujarat

  • Provides transactional analysis support to the Transaction Management team, including presentations, data management

  • Participate in various real estate transactions including lease negotiation and administration

  • Prepares and tracks correspondence for broker engagements and market information

  • Need to also manage small/medium transactions under supervision of Seniors.

About You

  • Bachelors or master's degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 0-1 years related real estate experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
