About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the senior accounts team in reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  • Work closely with the Accounts Manager for month-end closing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office familiarity with Tally Prime is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities
