Job Title: Account Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client account records and reports.
  • Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and follow-up for payments when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing / account management / sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
