We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Accounts Executive** to join our finance team and support our growing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including day-to-day entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (or the software your company uses).
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice generation, and follow-up with clients and vendors for payments.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance including returns filing in coordination with CA/tax consultants.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project costing, expense tracking, and client billing.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents for easy retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in accounting or finance (experience in agency/IT/digital industry preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
