About the Vision:

Aqua Lounge is on a mission to build India's first organized retail chain dedicated to aquarium fish and aquatic products. We aim to transform the hobbyist experience by providing expert knowledge, high-quality livestock, and a trusted one-stop-shop for all aquarium needs.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and committed Co-Founder to join the founding team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a pioneering brand in a fragmented but growing market. You will be instrumental in shaping strategy, operations, and culture from day one.

We're Looking For a Partner Who:

  • Can invest capital to fuel the initial expansion and growth phase.
  • Possesses a strong business acumen with experience in operations, marketing, or retail.
  • Is hands-on, resilient, and ready to work collaboratively to build the business.
  • Has a passion for the aquatic hobby or a strong interest in the pet/retail space.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and execute the business strategy and operational roadmap.
  • Lead key functional areas such as supply chain, retail expansion, or marketing.
  • Actively manage day-to-day operations and build a customer-centric brand.
  • Share the responsibilities and rewards of building a company from the ground up.
