Job Description:

Enseigner Private Limited is hiring an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in Tally Prime and billing operations. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks, billing, and financial reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage billing, invoicing, and financial transactions using Tally Prime (mandatory).

· Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.

· Handle vendor payments, receipts, and daily accounting operations.

· Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

· Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and assist with audits.

· Monitor petty cash and expense tracking.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, etc.

· Coordinate with auditors and support internal departments.

Skills Required:

· Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory).

· Strong knowledge of billing processes and basic taxation.

· Sound understanding of accounting principles.

· Good command over MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

· High level of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and billing roles (mandatory).
