Job Title:* E-commerce Manager (Head of Advertising & Team Operations)

* About the Role*

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven *E-commerce Manager* to take on a dual role:

*Head of Advertising & PPC* — Lead, strategize, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, and other platforms to maximize performance and ROI.

*Team Operations Manager* — Oversee and systematize day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and accountable workflows, relieving senior management from routine operational burdens.

You will need deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, strong knowledge of Flipkart, and the ability to motivate and manage a team with high accountability, loyalty, and a focus on continuous improvement.


* Key Responsibilities*

* Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms

* Leverage in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central for listings, compliance, reporting, and advertising

* Analyze performance data to drive actionable improvements

* Stay current with marketplace policies, advertising trends, and best practices

* Oversee and structure day-to-day team operations and workflows

* Build and enforce efficient processes and SOPs

* Motivate, mentor, and hold team members accountable

* Act as the primary escalation point for issues, shielding senior management from routine distractions

* Demonstrate loyalty, discretion, and transparent reporting to leadership


* Qualifications*

Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (ads, listings, reporting, compliance)

Strong working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces

Expertise in PPC advertising strategy and execution

Leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams

Strong process improvement and system-building skills

Highly accountable, loyal, and committed to senior management

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, advertising, and team leadership
