Role & responsibilities
Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to align with overall marketing goals.
Identifying and building relationships with influencers who align with the brands values and target audience.
Collaborating with influencers to create engaging, authentic content that resonates with the target audience.
Negotiating and managing influencer partnerships, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.
Conducting campaign performance analysis of influencer outreaches, providing insights, and optimisation recommendations.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA from Tier 1 Institute with at least 12+ years of experience.
Experience across New age Internet / D2C brands will be advantage like Myntra, Nyka, PayTM, HUL, P&G any other Internet.
Someone who has worked on Full scale end to end Launch Marketing GTMs & worked across Product Lifecycle.
Experience of having managed full scale influencer, content creator campaigns as part of Launch GTM, Sustenance.
Prior experience of having worked in Content Marketing, Partnership associations
Brand / Marketing leader with experience across the Full funnel marketing, including Awareness, Demand Creation, Conversion.
Having worked & created Brand IPs across Content / Partnerships
Having experience of Experiential Marketing will be an added advantage
Experience in Influencer Marketing, Gamers, Content Creators would be an added advantage
Experience in Celebs Marketing (Sports, Bollywood, Talent agencies) will be advantage
Need someone who is strong at analytics, drawing actionable insights from Data
Entrepreneurial instincts & ability to get the Job done
Someone whos a Go getter, multiple stakeholder management
