Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Trainers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training programs across all the locations, train and mentor a team of in-house trainers or deputed floor coaches.
  • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with sales goals and business objectives, design, implement, and manage end-to-end training programs.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to upgrade team capability and ensure training consistency, conduct regular skill assessments and coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
  • Create sales-specific modules product knowledge, pitch building, soft skills, objection handling, closing techniques & monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics.
  • Develop training content such as scripts, objection-handling tools, SOPs, sales pitch frameworks, and role-play exercises.
  • Build and execute structured refresher training modules for outbound telesales team.
  • Stay updated with latest sales techniques & compliance regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate with 12+ years of experience in outbound sales training, including at least 6+ years in a outbound telesales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Proven track record in driving training outcomes for outbound sales team.
  • Ability to design training content that is engaging, practical, and result-oriented.
