Role Overview

The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring
 training programs for our Beauty Advisors, Sales Teams, and Retail Staff to ensure consistent product knowledge, superior customer experience, and achievement of sales targets across the South region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, plan, and execute training programs for store staff, beauty advisors, and field sales teams.
  2. Conduct
    product training, makeup application workshops, and grooming sessions
     aligned with brand standards.
  3. Coach and mentor beauty advisors to improve customer service, product presentation, and upselling skills.
  4. Conduct
    train-the-trainer
     sessions for Area Trainers and Sales Managers.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training content with new product launches and campaigns.
  6. Regularly visit retail outlets in South India to assess training effectiveness and ensure brand compliance.
  7. Maintain training records, track KPIs, and prepare reports for management.
  8. Stay updated on beauty trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Mandatory
    : Experience working in the
    cosmetics, beauty, or personal care
     industry in a
    training role
    .
  2. 4–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a regional training role.
  3. Strong knowledge of
    makeup techniques, skincare, and beauty products
    .
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to travel extensively across South India.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for training materials and reporting.

Education

  1. Graduation in any discipline (preferred: Cosmetics/Beauty/Management/Marketing).
  2. Certification in Beauty Therapy, Makeup Artistry, or Training & Development will be an added advantage.
