National Head – Sales Training & Audit

Location: Delhi, India

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Training and Audit Leader to take charge of sales excellence initiatives across India. The role involves designing and implementing impactful training programs, auditing sales processes, and driving performance improvements to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute structured sales training programs to enhance sales skills and productivity.

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with sales processes and maintain performance standards.

  • Identify skill gaps through data-driven analysis and create tailored development plans.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align training outcomes with business objectives.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report training effectiveness.

  • Manage training budgets and optimize resources efficiently.

  • Lead talent development and succession planning within the sales function.

Performance Metrics:

  • Sales performance improvement post-training

  • Training completion and effectiveness scores

  • Compliance with audit and quality benchmarks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's preferred)

  • Proven experience in sales training, auditing, and performance enhancement

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills-

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer experience, and compliance

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
