Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Balianta. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting customers in the sales process, and addressing their queries and concerns. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, ensuring satisfaction with products and services, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Customer service and client management skills to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs
  • Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills to support transaction closures
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software
  • Ability to work effectively in on-site team environments
  • Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of Maruti Suzuki's products and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
