Position Description
As Relationship Manager Retail Broking, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving insurance sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to delivering value to individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.Handle client queries, renewals, endorsements, and claims support efficiently.
- Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve assigned sales targets through effective client engagement and cross-selling.Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Service CoordinationCoordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and service delivery.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Market Awareness & ComplianceStay updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal governance standards.
Experience & Skills Required
Work Experience
2-7 years of experience in insurance broking, with a focus on client servicing and sales.
Technology Known
- Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance broking platforms
- Familiarity with digital sales tools, lead management systems, and performance dashboards
- Ability to leverage data analytics for client insights and strategic decision-making

Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate
