Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Customer Relationship Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting them in finding properties suited to their needs, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the buying or renting process. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. The Customer Relationship Manager will also collaborate with various teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and market trends, particularly in the Bhubaneswar region
  • Experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales
  • Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in technology tools, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in an on-site, client-facing role in Bhubaneswar
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Odia and Hindi is a plus
