Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Premia Relationship Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Premia Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and enhancing relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth customers. Primary responsibilities include understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell of products, ensuring compliance with banking policies, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve financial and operational targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Relationship Management, Customer Service, and advising high-net-worth clients
  • Sales and Business Development skills, with an ability to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities
  • Knowledge of Financial Products, Banking Operations, and Investment Planning
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Market Trends
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and demonstrate high levels of professionalism and accountability
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Prior experience in Banking Sector or Wealth Management is highly desirable
