Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager TPP located in Chennai. The Sales Manager TPP will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for third-party products (TPP), building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and converting potential leads, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams, provide training and support to the sales staff, and ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banking and financial products, particularly third-party products
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus
