Requirements: Bike & Laptop mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
1.Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
2.Meet doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions to pitch hospital management software solutions.
3.Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
5.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6.Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
7.Handle negotiations, closures, and ensure timely payment collection.
8.Regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Key Skills Required:
1.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
2.Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
3.Prior sales experience in Healthcare/IT/Software industry preferred.
4.Knowledge of Hospital/Clinic workflows will be an added advantage.
5.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
6.Self-motivated and target-driven.
Eligibility:
1.Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2.12 years of proven sales experience (Healthcare/Software preferred).
3.Must own a Bike and Laptop
