Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet export targets and business growth goals.

Identify and pursue new international buyers and clients across jewelry, electronics, or IT services sectors (depending on industry).

Manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, and negotiate high-value deals.

Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with production, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Stay updated on SEEPZ/SEZ regulations and ensure adherence to export policies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

8 to 15 years of experience in B2B/export sales, preferably in SEZs or export-driven industries (e.g., gems & jewelry, electronics, IT services).

Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.

Strong understanding of SEZ/SEEPZ operational framework and export documentation.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with international trade practices and market dynamics.
