Performance Marketer – E-Commerce

  • Location: Sector-58, Noida
  • Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years in performance-driven digital marketing, especially in e-commerce (fashion preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to spearhead our digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various e-commerce platforms. Your objective will be to drive traffic, optimize campaigns for conversions, and maximize ROI in a creative fashion ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Campaign Strategy: Plan, launch, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, focusing on ROAS, CAC, CPA, and conversion metrics.
  • E-Commerce Channel Management: Strategically manage marketing on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and our in-house website to boost sales and traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads dashboards, and other tools—conduct A/B testing and recommend performance improvements.
  • SEO & Content Collaboration: Work with content teams on SEO best practices for landing pages, product listings, and promotional copy to increase organic visibility.
  • Budget Planning & Management: Allocate and manage ad spends efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align marketing activities with promotional calendars and product drops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of performance marketing experience in e-commerce or fashion brands.
  • Proficiency with PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller ).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creativity in messaging and ad strategy, with sensitivity to fashion branding and aesthetics.
