Responsibilities

Manage and grow our e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, D2C portals).

Develop and implement online sales strategies to boost revenue and brand visibility.

Oversee product listings, inventory updates, and digital merchandising.

Optimize customer journey, from browsing to checkout.

Run digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social commerce & email marketing.

Coordinate with production & logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Track performance, analyze data & report on KPIs.

Qualifications

3–5 years of e-commerce management experience (preferably in fashion, leather goods, or lifestyle sector).

Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or other marketplaces.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools & analytics.

Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.

Passion for fashion, craftsmanship & global retail trends.
