Key Responsibilitie

  • End-to-End E-commerce Management
  • Oversee daily operations across our D2C website, mobile app, and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, product listings, promotions, and catalog optimization.

Q-Commerce Expansion

  • Lead onboarding and partnerships with leading Q-Commerce players (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
  • Define product assortment, packaging, and delivery strategies optimized for quick commerce.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure SLAs are met for fulfilment and delivery.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor sales performance, customer insights, and marketing ROI across all platforms.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing, tech, supply, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Work with vendors and logistics partners for smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years in E-commerce operations, category management, or business development.
  • Industry Background: Experience with consumer products, wellness, lifestyle, or astrology-related categories preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of D2C and Q-Commerce business models.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Data Studio).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking with an execution-first mindset
