Position Title: E-Commerce Manager

Department: Marketing

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy, manage e-commerce platforms, and drive digital marketing initiatives to boost traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage online platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Plan and run SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace campaigns.
  • Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising across platforms.
  • Analyze data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Ensure smooth customer journeys from browsing to post-purchase service.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Noon.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, analytics tools, and e-commerce CMS.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Expertise in online sales strategy and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and marketplace portals.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, strategic thinker with a growth mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹900,000.00 per month
