exceptional online shopping experience and are looking for a dynamic and

experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our sales and brand presence across

major online marketplaces.

Job Summary

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management

of our online marketplaces sales channels, ensuring seamless operations,

maximizing visibility, and achieving sales targets across key platforms like Myntra,

Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, and Ajio. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic

mindset and strong operational execution in areas including product cataloging,

demand planning, order fulfillment, paid advertising, and returns management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketplace Operations & Catalog Management

  2. Oversee the end-to-end process of product cataloging (including creation,

uploading, and maintenance of listings) across all e-commerce marketplace

platforms (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Ajio).

  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized with high

quality images, detailed descriptions, sizing charts, and relevant keywords to

maximize organic visibility and conversion.

  • Monitor inventory levels on all platforms and coordinate with the internal

merchandising and warehousing teams to ensure stock availability.

  1. Sales Planning & Forecasting

  2. Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans and promotional

calendars in alignment with marketplace events, brand initiatives, and

seasonal trends.

  • Conduct demand forecasting and coordinate with the supply chain team for

timely procurement and inventory allocation to different platforms.

  1. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management

  2. Manage the entire fulfillment process from order receipt to dispatch,

ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of each

platform.

  • Liaise closely with the warehouse/3PL partners to optimize picking, packing,

and shipping efficiencies.

  1. Digital Advertising & Visibility

  2. Strategically plan, execute, and monitor Product Listing Ads (PLA) and

other internal advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Myntra to

drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize Return on Ad Spend

(ROAS).

  • Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for campaign

optimization and budget allocation.

  1. Returns & Reconciliation Management

  2. Efficiently manage the returns, exchange, and cancellation process on all

marketplaces, aiming to minimize customer returns.

  • Regularly reconcile sales, returns, and payments from all platforms to ensure

financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  1. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  2. Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce KPIs (e.g., GMV, Conversion

Rate, AOV, Traffic, Returns Rate, Ad Performance).

  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve

overall platform performance and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience, with a significant focus on

managing major e-commerce marketplaces in India.

  • Industry Preference: Prior experience working with a fashion, apparel, or

lifestyle brand is strongly preferred.

  • Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing seller accounts on

Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Amazon, and Ajio is desirable

  • Functional Skills: Strong proficiency in catalog management, inventory

planning, digital marketing, and sales reconciliation.

  • Analytical: Excellent analytical skills and experience using platform-specific

analytics tools (e.g., Myntra Partner Portal, Amazon Seller Central, Ajio

Business).

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to

collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹248, ₹800,000.00 per year
