Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our team with strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce platforms.

Experience: 1+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including design, content, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective e-commerce operations.

  • Implement strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and discrepancies related to the e-commerce platform.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with third-party service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, candidates from fashion backgrounds will be preferred.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as amazon global, myntra, etc. & international marketplaces, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of online marketing tactics, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.

  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to envision and implement innovative e-commerce solutions.
