Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels. This role involves developing effective strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, manage product listings, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and ensure excellent customer experience across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, website).
  • Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Optimize product listings with appropriate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory, order processing, and logistics coordination with the warehouse and operations teams.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
  • Track performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies.
  • Handle online customer queries, feedback, and service escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to management for decision-making.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and team management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce Management.
  • Experience working in retail, fashion, electronics, or FMCG sectors (depending on company type).
