E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage our presence across major Indian e-commerce marketplaces. This role requires hands-on experience with online selling platforms and a strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce ecosystem.

Important: This role is ONLY for candidates with proven experience managing Indian e-commerce portals (Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, AJIO, etc.). Candidates with experience only in international marketplaces or from non-e-commerce domains need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, AJIO, and other e-commerce portals
• Coordinate new product uploads, title and description optimization, and image updates
• Handle customer queries through respective portals
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure policy compliance on all platforms
• Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to improve performance
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations
• Track promotions, campaigns, and deals on portals to increase visibility and sales
• Manage product reviews, ratings, and seller score maintenance

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years of proven experience managing the Indian e-commerce marketplaces
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace seller panels
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting

Skills & Competencies

• Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and ranking factors
• Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and metrics
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketplace accounts simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Good communication skills for vendor and customer interactions

Preferred Experience

• Experience in fashion, electronics, FMCG, or relevant product categories
• Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems
• Knowledge of GST compliance and e-commerce taxation
• Experience scaling brands on online marketplaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
