Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and profitability of the organization. Key tasks include supervising teams, streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating cross-departmental collaboration, and assisting in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing operational excellence and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Operations management and project management skills to streamline processes and oversee daily activities effectively.
  • Knowledge of compliance, finance operations, and business analytics to ensure adherence to regulations and achieve data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and collaboration skills to supervise teams and foster cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and strategic planning to identify improvements and implement innovative operational strategies.
  • Experience in accounting and familiarity with IT solutions is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in operations or project management will be a plus.
