Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Marketing Manager
to join our high-performing marketing team. This role will be responsible for:

  • Business Marketing for Research Services
  • Sales Enablement across all business units at Syngene

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of B2B marketing in the life sciences domain, with a proven ability to translate complex scientific offerings into compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Marketing – Research Services

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote Syngene's CRO capabilities
  • Collaborate with scientific and business teams to craft positioning, messaging, and content
  • Drive thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and digital campaigns
  • Support product launches and service expansions with targeted outreach and collateral

Sales Enablement – All Business Units

  • Create and maintain sales tools including pitch decks, brochures, battle cards, and case studies
  • Partner with sales teams to understand needs and tailor marketing assets accordingly
  • Conduct training sessions to align sales teams with marketing messaging and positioning
  • Track and optimize the usage and effectiveness of enablement materials

Educational Qualification
MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences, pharma, or biotech

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Good knowledge and experience working in the Research Services space
  • Strong storytelling and content development skills
  • Experience in sales enablement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences, pharma, or biotech
