Role Overview

As a
Product Communications Intern
, you'll play a key role in connecting Nynii's product vision with our users.

You'll craft meaningful messages, engaging content, and clear communication that helps users understand and trust the Nynii platform.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, has a flair for design and writing, and loves to see ideas come to life through digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to
    create communication strategies
    for new product features and updates.
  • Write
    engaging product content
    — including in-app messages, push notifications, banners, and microcopy.
  • Assist in developing
    user education material
    , such as FAQs, onboarding guides, and explainer content.
  • Support the marketing team in aligning
    brand tone with product messaging
    .
  • Conduct research to understand user behavior and communication preferences.
  • Work on
    launch campaigns
    for new app features, offers, and user engagement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
  • A creative thinker with an understanding of how
    words influence product experience
    .
  • Curious about how users interact with apps and digital interfaces.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Figma, Notion, or Canva
    is a plus.
  • Background in
    communications, marketing, design, or psychology
    preferred but not mandatory.
