Role Overview

We're looking for a
Site Acquisition Associate
who will be on the ground, scouting and assessing commercial spaces for new Supertails pet healthcare clinics. This role is
entirely field-focused,
ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the city, conducting surveys, collecting data, and helping the company identify the right clinic locations.

You'll work closely with the Expansion and Project teams to visit sites, evaluate feasibility, and support all documentation and coordination related to property shortlisting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Scouting:
  • Visit and survey commercial spaces across target areas that fit Supertails' clinic requirements.
  • Identify potential properties (ready-to-move or under construction) and capture on-ground details like footfall, accessibility, visibility, and catchment profile.
  • Market Surveys:
  • Conduct micro-market and competitor mapping to understand the area's potential.
  • Collect field data, photos, videos, and measurements to support feasibility reports.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate field reports, site data, and property status updates in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Support internal teams with documentation, site pictures, and comparison sheets.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinate with brokers, agents, and property owners for basic information sharing and site visits (no lease negotiation).
  • Collaborate with the Project team for shortlisted site inspections and approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
    2-4 years of experience in
    field site scouting, real estate surveys, or retail location mapping.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in
    MS Office / Google Sheets
    for reporting and data tracking.
  • Field Capability:
    Strong knowledge of city routes, comfort with on-ground work, and ability to travel frequently.
  • Communication:
    Clear reporting and coordination skills for cross-team updates.
