Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager located in Karnataka, India. Qualifications

  • Expertise in Land Use Planning and Acquisitions with a proven track record in managing land acquisitions effectively
  • Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities and understand market dynamics
  • Knowledge of financial aspects related to land transactions, including cost analysis and project feasibility
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or other relevant fields
  • Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and land documentation processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other tools for data analysis and reporting
