Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sr. Manager HR & Admin. The Sr. Manager HR & Admin will oversee HR operations and administrative functions, including team management, development of HR strategies, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and policies. Additional responsibilities include organizing training programs, maintaining workplace standards, and ensuring alignment between employees and organizational goals. This role requires a strong focus on leadership, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

  • Employee Engagement, Training Program Design, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of HR Compliance, Policies, and Regulatory Standards
  • Administrative Management, Office Operations Oversight, and Process Improvement
  • Proven leadership, managerial, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in automotive industry HR practices is a plus
