About The Role
As a Sr. HR Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind our team structures and workflows. Your mission? Maximize output and benefit the business while keeping our company culture vibrant and strong.

  • Budget Boss: Create budgets and forecast people costs for future business needs, keeping us financially healthy and prepared.
  • Culture Champion: Be the biggest promoter of our company culture, devising strategies to ensure it thrives and prevails.

What We're Looking For
