Role & responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding and recruitment to offboarding and employee record maintenance.

  • HR Systems & Reporting: Manage and utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate records and prepare reports on HR metrics and operational performance.

  • HR Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of HR projects, such as employee engagement programs and performance appraisal systems.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with department heads and other hospital stakeholders to align HR strategies with overall operational goals and improve efficiency.
