Role: Institutional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Drive institutional sales of MagickHome products — including bath vanities, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior solutions — to leading builders and developers across Tamil Nadu.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with premium residential builders and project decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities within the builder and institutional segment.
Collaborate with internal design, marketing, and project teams to deliver customized product and design solutions.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and provide strategic inputs to enhance brand positioning.
Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: 10+ years in Institutional Sales / B2B Sales within the Bath & Sanitaryware, Modular Furniture, Building Materials, or Interior Products industry.
Strong network and established relationships with premium residential builders in Tamil Nadu.
Proven track record of project sales and specification selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about design and interiors.
