Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our institutional sales for IGNITE and related programs. This is a strategic role involving relationship-building with colleges, incubators, and government bodies, as well as managing a small team of sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Institution Partnerships: Drive B2B sales of IGNITE to colleges and universities.
- Government Tie-ups: Build partnerships with government bodies like StartupTN and EDII.
- Team Leadership: Manage 1–2 sales executives, provide training, and set monthly sales targets.
- Business Development: Pitch programs to college management, deans, and incubator heads.
- Reporting: Track sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and revenue targets.
Desired Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales (education, edtech, training, or incubation sector preferred).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with travel and meeting senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a small sales team and hit institutional revenue goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
