Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the marketing, positioning, and growth of our costume jewellery brand. The role will focus on building a strong identity, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand experience across all touchpoints—retail, e-commerce, and digital.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute branding and marketing plans to strengthen market presence.
Marketing & Campaigns: Lead seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, influencer tie-ups, exhibitions, and partnerships.
Digital Presence: Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and collaborations with bloggers/influencers.
Product Alignment: Work with design & merchandising teams to position collections based on fashion trends and customer insights.
Retail & E-commerce: Support POS marketing, optimize product listings, and plan promotions across sales channels.
Analysis & Reporting: Track brand visibility, campaign ROI, and consumer feedback to guide decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in brand/marketing roles within jewellery, fashion, accessories, or lifestyle sectors.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
