Brand & Events Associate/Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Brand Experience & Events Coordinator to be

the face and driving force behind our events. You will be the master of ceremonies, the architect

of brand relationships, and the voice of our community. This role is perfect for a recent graduate

or an early-career professional with a deep passion for sustainable fashion, a flair for

organization, and a love for connecting with people. You are not just managing events; you are

creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Execution & Management:
 Take complete ownership of on-ground event

management, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for all participants, from

setup to wrap-up.

Brand Relationship Building:
 Act as the primary point of contact for participating

fashion brands. Nurture and build strong, lasting relationships, understanding their

needs and ensuring their success at our events.

Event Success & Growth:
 Proactively work to ensure the overall success of each

event, measured by brand satisfaction, attendee engagement, and other key metrics.

You will be instrumental in brainstorming and implementing new ideas for future events.

Social Media & Community Management:
 Manage and grow the Sheep of Theseus

social media presence. Create compelling content, engage with our online community,

and use our platforms to promote events and spotlight our partner brands.

Extensive Travel:
 Be prepared and excited to travel across India and internationally.

You will be our ambassador on the ground, representing the company with

professionalism and passion.

Who You Are:

A recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Marketing,

Communications, Fashion Management, Event Management, or a related field.

You have a genuine and demonstrable passion for sustainable fashion and ethical

business practices.

An outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills – you can build rapport

with anyone, anywhere.

Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet in a fast-paced event environment.

Social media savvy, with an understanding of how to create engaging content for

platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

You possess a go-getter attitude, are highly self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic

startup culture.

You have an adventurous spirit and are fully prepared for frequent travel.
