Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Designer located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Event Designer will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing events, from intimate gatherings to large corporate events. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their event vision, coordinating with vendors, managing event budgets, and ensuring the execution of all event details. The role also involves overseeing event setup, execution, and post-event evaluation to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Event Designing and Event Planning
  • Experience with Event Management and Sales
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and vendors
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
