Leadership Role: Marketing & Brand Growth
We are seeking a visionary leader with a strategic growth mindset to take our decade-old brand, renowned in Interior Design, Architecture, and Luxury Artefacts, to the next level. This role is not just about marketing execution, but about shaping the brand's future, strengthening its market presence, and building a high-performing team that delivers excellence across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Leadership
- Define and drive brand growth strategies that elevate market positioning in the luxury design space.
Build a strong brand voice and ensure consistency across all digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Direction
- Lead a talented, multi-disciplinary marketing team spanning creative, content, digital, performance, and offline activities.
Inspire and mentor the team to deliver cohesive campaigns that are visually aligned, strategically relevant, and creatively innovative.
Creative & Visual Storytelling
- Act as the creative director for all brand communication, ensuring design, video, and storytelling reinforce the brand's luxury identity.
- Oversee campaign execution end-to-end, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned outcomes.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Spearhead integrated 360-degree campaigns across digital, social, influencer, performance marketing, and offline channels.
- Partner with SEO, content, and social media teams to deliver impactful campaigns that balance trends with brand values.
- Build a robust social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels, with clear KPIs on engagement and growth.
Market & Business Growth
- Develop marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
- Explore innovative offline activations—events, exhibitions, and experiential initiatives—that amplify brand recall.
- Build influencer and partnership networks in the design and lifestyle ecosystem.
Innovation & Tools
- Encourage use of new-age tools, including AI-driven platforms, to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Introduce fresh concepts for both client and employee engagement, strengthening brand loyalty and culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital/brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving brand growth in premium or luxury sectors.
- Strong creative eye with the ability to direct designers, videographers, and storytellers.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership.
- Familiarity with performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads) is an advantage.
Compensation
Salary: Up to
₹14 LPA
, commensurate with experience. For the right candidate with proven leadership and growth credentials, we are open to going beyond this range
