  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines. Coordinate with the sales and design teams to forecast production needs.Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor production staff, including supervisors, machine operators, and assembly line workers. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards. Work closely with the quality assurance team to monitor production quality and address any issues promptly.
  • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Ensure timely procurement of materials to prevent production delays.
  • Monitor production costs and work to reduce expenses through efficient use of resources. Manage the production budget and report on financial performance.
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, production efficiency, and any issues that may impact delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and maintain strong relationships for future sourcing needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in furniture manufacturing.
