Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer / Supervisor to oversee production activities in the interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves managing the production team, ensuring quality standards, monitoring timelines, and coordinating with design and project teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities for interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and review production schedules, material requirements, and resource planning.
  • Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of production targets.
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications are met at every stage of production.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage workforce, including technicians, carpenters, and production staff.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of production processes in interior design, modular furniture, or fit-out industry.
  • Good understanding of materials, joinery, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and production planning tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Interior Design (or relevant field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in production supervision within the interior design or fit-out industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
